You still have to keep your mind busy though, so I’m reading a lot of books. I’m watching a lot of stuff online, Netflix and all that, just try and keep your mind occupied. Because when it gets the worst, is when you’re just not really doing anything, you’re thinking and you just start thinking and thinking about it and you start to yeah, start to go down that rabbit hole. It’s that classic thing people talk about when you’re about to sleep and you start to think about all the embarrassing things you’ve done in your life, that kind of thing. So that time, that’s what you want to avoid. You want to avoid that, because that’s when it’s going to get the worst, like oh my gosh what happened to me? Am I going to have this forever?
